May was Personal Development Pioneer Month at the Academy for Personal Development, and what a transformative month it was for us, our clients, and our podcast community. On our podcast, we journeyed through the lives and teachings of some of the most influential figures in personal development, and it was both enlightening and inspiring.

Annette and I are certified life coaches and have extensive training in personal growth and development, communication, Nonviolent Communication, the Enneagram, boundaries, self-love, and addiction. In addition, I am a certified health coach, meditation instructor, and now I am certified in goal success.
