New Healthy Boundaries Workshop Starts Tuesday, September 14!

Hello Everyone!

Are you ready to make concrete, sustainable life changes that will benefit ALL your relationships?

If so, our new BOUNDARIES course is for you!

Personally, in the past, we both struggled immensely with personal boundaries. Even though we attended trainings and read many books on the subject, it was only when we learned to care for and honor ourselves that creating healthy boundaries became possible for us. Sometimes we still stumble today, but we catch ourselves right away and course correct.

For six weeks, beginning Tuesday, September 14th, at 6PM, we will share with you everything we have learned in our search for boundaries. This course is very important to us because we have learned that healthy boundaries are ESSENTIAL for creating loving, authentic relationships. They are vital in our professional lives as well.

We are incredibly excited to share our very first boundaries course with you!

We will offer this course on Zoom and in-person simultaneously.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • To LISTEN to yourself and understand your value

  • The different types of boundaries that need your attention, such as your physical, mental, and emotional boundaries

  • How to create HEALTHY boundaries in all your various relationships

  • Strategies for enforcing your boundaries – even with those who challenge you

  • And so much more!

We encourage you to invite a friend or family member to learn along with you. It can be tremendously helpful to work on boundaries with someone close to you (that is precisely what we do ourselves!).
