Cultivating Daily Self-Compassion
A new practice that we have been encouraging our clients to implement in their lives is Daily Self-Compassion.
We Need Safety to Thrive

Am I Being Kind?
With all that is happening in our country, communities, neighborhoods, families, and personal relationships, we want us all to take this week to ask ourselves: Am I Being Kind?
