Our Gratitude for Y-O-U!
Today, we’d like to simply share our gratitude for each and every one of you. If you could see the concern, generosity, thoughtfulness, appreciation we receive from all of you, you would never doubt that this world of ours is filled with love in all its various forms.
Course Registration is OPEN
A few weeks ago, we told you about the different courses we will be teaching at Western Colorado Community College through their Community Education Center. REGISTRATION IS NOW AVAILABLE! Some of these courses begin SOON, so if you want to be included, don’t wait!
Meaningful Activity for Meaningful Days
We have a question for you today: How much of your day is filled with meaningful activity? Most of your day? Only during your work? Only on certain days or when you are with certain people? None of it?
You Are Worth a Solution
Yesterday, during our Sunday gathering, the topic of studying and practicing came up, and we’ve been thinking about it since. Actually, this is a subject the two of us talk about together regularly because we live in a world of the quick fix, instant gratification, and overnight success.
Upcoming Courses with In-Person and Zoom Options
We wanted to let you know about the courses we are offering soon at Western Colorado Community College (WCCC) as part of their Community Education Center. Utilizing WCCC allows for a greater number of in-person attendees with social distancing as well as a Zoom option. ALL of the course we are teaching at WCCC have both an in-person and Zoom option.
Meeting the Needs of Rest and Ease
The motto for us this week is REST AND EASE. As we mentioned last week, we have been very busy setting everything up in the Yellow Room, making it a combined coaching/workshop space. Now that it is finished, we are making this a week of moving a little slower and prioritizing some much-needed relaxation.
Zoom, Here We Come!
Our news this week is that we have moved out of our coaching space and are now coaching and hosting our classes in the Yellow Room and on Zoom.
Begin Again With Experience
As you begin to walk the path of personal development and learn tools to make adjustments in your life, there will inevitably come an opportunity to use your newfound knowledge and yet, you end up doing things “the old way.” What we want to share with you is: THIS HAPPENS TO EVERYONE!

Two New Courses
Hello Friends! A new week and two new courses to highlight for you! Our signature communication course will return once again on TUESDAY EVENING, JULY 7th at 6:30 to 8:15PM. We invite you to begin a new journey with us on Sunday morning, July 12th from 11AM to Noon. In this course we will be teaching some of the basic concepts found in A Course in Miracles.
Courageous Leadership: VULNERABILITY
Vulnerability is a key ingredient to Courageous Leadership because no one can be honest if they are not willing to be Vulnerable. It also represents our willingness to be wrong and open to a different way than our own of looking at a situation.
The Yellow Room Returns!
This week, we are excited to announce that Mesa County Public Health approved us for Phase 2 Reopening, which means we can finally resume activities in the Yellow Room. We will begin with our Enneagram course on Tuesday evening, June 23, from 6:30 to 8:15PM.
We’re Back!
We are happy to announce that we will be back coaching in our office beginning Monday, June 1st! It will be wonderful to see all of our beloved clients again IN PERSON!
Happy Monday!
First off, we continue to do lots of coaching by phone and on Zoom. We appreciate the willingness of our clients to be flexible during this time. Through their hard work, we are getting a great deal accomplished and lives are changing! Thank you to everyone who is doing this difficult, courageous work!
Courageous Leadership: CONSISTENCY
When our leaders are consistent in their actions, we know what to expect from them – they are reliable. They are steady. We can depend on them. They act the same on a good day as they do in a crisis. There is no question in our minds about who they are at their core.
Courageous Leadership: HONESTY
A chaotic world and uncertainty make for a frightening combination. When life becomes overwhelming, we need courageous leadership. If we think those in formal leadership positions are NOT being the courageous leaders we desire, we can lead ourselves.
Meet Greta
Last week, we decided to go ahead with our plans to add another dog to the clan – deciding on a rescue instead of a puppy. Sadly, all over the world, dog owners are abandoning their dogs due to the coronavirus, believing their dogs will transmit the illness to them.
Keeping in Touch
To continue our discussion from last week, today we’d like to share a few more personal practices with you, with the intention of helping you create positive, life-enriching habits in your own lives.
How Do You Start Your Day?
We have been taking this time of staying at home and social distancing to think about our lives, our work, what we are offering, and how to make some adjustments and improvements. Our daily practices and other resources have been essential during this time. Today, we’re going to give you a peek at how we begin each day.
